Returns & Refunds Policy
If you need to return an item, because you received an incorrect or defective item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not offer refunds purely because you have changed your mind.
Shipping
All Orders will attract a Shipping Cost per item + a handling Fee which will appear at Checkout. The fee is based on each state.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping. but as they are weight and fragility based therefore some items may require extra packing. If the freight quoted does not closely meet the actual cost, we will contact you for extra charges or if they fall well below the quote we will also advise you and happy to refund overcharges.
Most shipping will be done by the cheapest and most efficient method and usually Australia Post. However in some circumstances, our courier company will transport.
