26cm nöni™ Skillet. A low maintenance workhorse chef’s pan, perfect for everyday frying, grilling etc. Wrought in one seamless piece in Sydney from our legendary 3mm thick, highly conductive, non-Nickel ferritic stainless steel. 'Raw': Rotary polished inside pan, and raw brushed manufactured surface outside. There will be minor processing scuff marks, unique to each pan, which we consider to be a thing of natural beauty and truth!.
This highly conductive ferritic stainless steel will cook and brown more like wrought iron than the stainless steel you might be used to.
Each pan is engraved with the month and year of manufacture for heirloom collectibility.

Our nöni™ skillet is wrought from this beautiful material.
